Recipe Wednesday – Hot Seven Layer Dip

A fav in our house during football season~

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

Taco seasoning mix

1 can  (16 oz.) refried beans

1 cup  salsa or pico de gallo

1 cup Mexican style shredded four cheese

1 cup guacamole

1 cup shredded lettuce

2 Tbsp. sliced black olives

Sour cream for topping

Directions:

Prepare ground beef according to taco mix packet

Spread mixture on bottom of baking dish

Add refried beans as the second layer

Add salsa or pico de gallo as the third layer

Add cheese as the fourth layer

Bake until cheese is melted and beans are warmed

Add guacamole as fifth layer

Add lettuce as sixth layer

Add black olives as seventh layer

Top with sour cream dollops and serve hot with tortilla chips
